Summer Heat

I really, really didn't want to do our long run this weekend, but I finally ran out of excuses today.  First, it was rainy all day Saturday and then Sunday we just *had* to go to cherry picking.  Well enough was enough come Monday, so we got up early and hit the road.  We hoped the early run would help us escape the heat and humidity.  I hate to even imagine what it would have been like if we waited a couple hours because it was pretty dang miserable already.  Bleh!    I guess we have a couple more weeks of summer running before we get used to running in this mess.
